Is this therapy?
No. This is reflective mentorship. While emotions may arise, this work does not replace therapy or professional mental health support.

Do I need experience with journaling or reflection?
Not at all. Many people come to this work feeling unsure where to begin. This space meets you exactly where you are.

How are session times arranged?
Session times are agreed individually before we begin, based on mutual availability.

What if I miss a session?
Consistency matters, but life happens. If something comes up, we’ll approach it with care and flexibility, and agree the best way forward together.

How do I know which mentorship is right for me?
You’re welcome to choose what feels most supportive right now. If you’re unsure, you can note this when applying and we can explore it together.

Can I take part in both mentorship offerings?
These are separate spaces. Some people choose to experience both over time, but there is no expectation or required order.

Is this open to people outside the UK?
Yes. Sessions are held online and open to participants worldwide. Payment is in GBP (£) and will convert automatically to your local currency.

How many people do you work with at one time?
To keep this work spacious and well-held, each intake is limited to three participants.

Will I need to share everything I write?
No. You choose what you share. This work respects your privacy and your pace.

Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. What you share in this space is kept confidential and received with care. This is a private 1:1 space where you’re free to be honest at your own pace.

Is this suitable if I’m going through a difficult period?
This mentorship offers reflective support, not crisis care. If you’re going through a crisis or need urgent support, professional support may be more appropriate.
