You can’t protect what you haven’t named. And most of us were never taught to name our values — to know what we stand for, what we won’t compromise on, what we want our lives to be built around.
Without that, life happens to you. You react. You please. You carry. You drift.
Your values are your north stars. Not fixed — they evolve as you do — but always there to guide you back.
This work is about identifying your values, learning which ones matter most right now, and beginning to live them — daily, in real decisions, in real life.

They help you decide what you accept, what you walk away from, and what no longer gets access to you.

What we do together
Over four weeks, we meet 1:1 to identify your values, prioritise the ones that matter most right now, and begin building a life that reflects them.
We work through a guided values exercise designed to surface what’s actually true for you — not what you’ve been told should matter, but what your life is asking you to honour.
Then we get practical. Where are your values being compromised? What patterns keep repeating? What decisions are waiting for you to make them differently?
By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction — and the beginnings of self-trust in how you live your life.
What’s included
Four 45-minute 1:1 sessions, held weekly. A guided values-setting exercise. Reflective prompts and affirmations to support your practice between sessions. Practical ways to begin integrating your values into daily life.
Investment
£135 for the full package
(£35 per session if you’d prefer to begin one at a time)
Payment is taken at the time of application.
I work with a small number of people at once, so each person has my full presence.

What if I miss a session?
Consistency matters, but life happens. If something comes up, we’ll approach it with care and flexibility, and agree the best way forward together.
Is this open to people outside the UK?
Yes. Sessions are held online and open to participants worldwide. Payment is in GBP (£) and will convert automatically to your local currency.
Is this therapy?
No. This is reflective mentorship. While emotions may arise, this work does not replace therapy or professional mental health support.
