The Practice of Staying With Yourself
A 6-week 1:1 Journaling & Reflection Mentorship
You might know journaling helps.
Or you might just know that something feels… full inside.
Either is enough to begin.
Maybe you’ve tried to write before and stopped.
Maybe you don’t know where to start.
Maybe you sit down and what comes up feels like too much — so you close the notebook and move on.
This isn’t about discipline.
It’s about not having learned how to stay with what comes up.
And not having someone with you while you do.
This is for you if…
You want a way to be with yourself that doesn’t feel overwhelming or forced.
You’re tired of circling the same thoughts and feelings without knowing what to do with them.
You’ve been carrying something for a while and you’d like someone to sit with you in it — without being told what to do with it.
What we do together
Over six weeks, we meet 1:1 and build something that’s yours.
We gently introduce and develop a way for you to sit with yourself — using journaling as a tool, not a pressure.
You don’t need to be “good” at journaling.
You don’t even need to have done it before.
We make sense of the themes and emotions that keep showing up.
And where it feels right, we begin to translate insight into something practical — small habits, gentle shifts, a clearer sense of direction.
There’s no pressure to arrive anywhere by a certain point.
The work is the staying.
